l Overview the HR Operations related processes including hiring, job changes, termination, etc.
l Conduct internal control and reviews of processes.

l Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
l Manage HR data including workforce analytics and metrics.
l Support employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees and managers.

Qualifications:
l 10+ years of experience in HR Operations, with a proven track record of success in managing and improving processes.
l Strong project management skills, with experience in leading and completing HR-related projects.
l Excellent team management and leadership skills.
l Proficient in HR software systems (e.g., workday ).
l Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
l Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
