    Your opportunity

    This role is responsible for the Human Resources Shared Service Centre (HR SSC) to provide all-round supports to corporate office as well as various brands.

    How you will contribute

    • To provide full spectrum administrative support to Human Resources Shared Service Centre (HR SSC). i.e. filing, reporting, letters preparation, invoice checking, etc
    • To perform monthly payroll administration
    • To coordinate with various departments on payroll related documents, such as Sales commission, push money, overtime records, travel allowance, etc.
    • To prepare monthly MPF & Macau ORSO/SSF contribution reports
    • To prepare month end reports & HR budgets/forecasts
    • Maintain personal file, input & update personnel information 
    • Maintain employee record in HR system (Workday)
    • Administer various C&B programs on enrolment, communications and termination i.e. staff discount program, medical insurance, MPF / Pension enrolment, etc.
    • Handle visa renewal and application
    • Support internal or external audit
    • To support ad-hoc assignments

    Who you are

    • Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
    • 4 - 6 years of experience in HR operation and payroll administration
    • Keen to learn, self initiative with positive mind-set
    • Detail-mined with strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations 
    • Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese, including Mandarin
    • Good at MS Office especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
    • Immediately available is highly preferred
