Join our passionate journey and fulfil your potential and creativity. We are currently seeking Marketing Business Analyst who will report to Consumer Management Marketing Tech Manager.     How you will contribute 

    ·        Support marketing tech related projects, such as Social listening, Social content performance, Precision media, Persona personalized service etc.

    ·        Support to analyze moderately complex business problems define project goals, roadmap and scope. With clear methodology on how to define the business value and design the use case.

    ·        Coordinate with different project teams, monitor project progress, and ensure timely, budgeted, and quality project completion.

    ·        Collect, analyze, and interpret relevant business data, provide data-driven decision support.

    ·        Understand brand needs and be able to conduct market competitors research.

    ·        Keep regular communication with brands and HQ counterparts.

     

     

    Who you are 

    ·        At least 3 years’ work experience, prefer retail, cosmetics, luxury industry.

    ·        Understand way of working in brand marketing and media marketing. Familiar with AIPL methodology.

    ·        Passion about social trend and luxury industry.

    ·        Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, capable of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and hierarchies.

     

    ·        Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities under pressure.

    ·        Have data-driven mindset, able to extract key insights from data.

    ·        Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
