BOTTEGA VENETA Corporate Security Specialist

We are currently seeking a Corporate Security Specialist as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

How you will contribute:

• Make sure that security services are arranged and performed as needed
• Take care of all internal customers’ needs and follow-up accordingly
• Oversee the quality of security services
• Orchestrate and support security operations for local special events
• Investigate and resolve routine issues under the direction of the line manager
• Always keep all administrative tasks in order
• Available on call for security duties and emergencies
• Collaborate with all the team members as necessary
• Ensure that physical security systems are well maintained for 5Ds purposes
• Liaison with vendors in accordance with existing contracts
• Conduct retail security assessments as directed
• Perform security surveys under the direction of the line manager

Who you are:

• Proactive, available and accurate, using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV, burglar alarms, access control)
• Trustable and in possession of high level of confidential
• Oriented to implement security protocols and procedures
• Good verbal and written an communication skills
• Education/certification in security/fraud field is needed
