How you will contribute?

CREATION OF GUIDELINE

• Support the WW VM Graphic Editor on the creation of digital guidelines.
• Participate to VM shooting of guideline and special projects.

PROJECTS AND DATA COLLECTION

• Create worldwide surveys (using excel, PowerPoint, ShareFile) for all activations related to the VM department.
• Monthly follow-up on regional surveys.

OPERATION AND FIELD ACTIONS

• Lead the organisation of mock-up and HQ tools.
• Active support on the organisation of the re-see and showroom .
• Participate to the VM setup of showrooms, re-sees, stores and mock-up.

CROSS FUNCTIONALITY

• Collaborate with architecture department on specific projects (new store opening, product info, VM requirement, props).
• Collaborate with merchandising departments to collect and share product information.
• Support other department with VM related topics.

Who you are?

• Graduated with experience and passion in Fashion, Design & Art.
• Creative attitude.
• Efficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point), Creative Cloud (Photoshop) and any photo editing software.
• Capability of teamwork/partnering with other departments and with external collaborators (vendors, agencies).
• Precision and organizational skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
