    International Operational Marketing Project Manager

    Job description :

    Reporting to the Global Operational Marketing Manager in the International Marketing Department.

    Ensure the coordination of strategic projects between the central departments (Product, Merchandising, Patrimony, Retail, Image, Press & PR, Events, Finance, Legal, Operations...) and the markets (APAC, Japan, EMEA & US) from an operational marketing angle by covering all the issues faced by the teams to allow the realization of the projects as smooth as possible while respecting the deadlines.

    MISSIONS

    • Translate the Global Product Marketing Strategy into an operational reality
    • Coordinate the 360 strategic and tactical projects of the Maison
    • Lead products selections for 360 activations align with Global Marketing Strategy taking into account local specificities
    • Initiate reports for the different projects to evaluate their performance (based on defined KPIs) and encourage best practices sharing
    • Lead key marketing platforms such as WW Product Seminar and International Marketing Day (organization and content)
    • Support business in EMEA, APAC & Japan especially in key moments

    PROJECT MANAGEMENT & COORDINATION

    • Lead and drive 360 Activations Plans with internal teams to meet customers’ expectations and brand objectives: Because of Love, Spring Summer, Fall Winter, End of Year
    • Support and follow-up additional tactical projects to support business opportunities and secure brand positioning (La Maison, Pop-up Quatre…)
    • Coordinate the work of the internal teams, ensuring that deadlines and objectives are respected
    • Analyze the relevance of the operations carried out to learn the best lessons.

    PROJECT PERFORMANCE & REPORTING

    • Analyze the effectiveness of the projects and encourage best practice sharing across regions
    • Follow-up KPIs when define by top management teams and develop reporting to determine overall performance of the projects

    OPERATIONAL MARKETING

    • Lead the WW Product Seminar full organization and prepare content in anticipation of WW Seminar
    • Organize the International Marketing Day, key marketing platform in alignment with Product Marketing Teams
    • Ensure the implementation of the product strategy in the management of strategic / tactical projects with product selections validation in the context of shootings, catalogs, the website, emailings, regional activations or others.
    • Define WW Calendar according to priority markets and brand/business objectives to have visibility on the various local activations and allow operational monitoring.

    MARKETS

    • Provide operational support to the Regions / Facilitate meetings with local teams.
    • Encourage transversality and partner with markets to identify local marketing opportunities
    • Ensure regular communication with the markets to increase responsiveness between the Central and the Regions.

    Profile :

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and coordination or similar role
    • Sense of management, coordination, and organization
    • Strong organizational skills, rigor with ability to prioritize tasks

    • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with a variety of individuals and groups, including employees, managers, and other key stakeholders
