Includes fields such as IT business solutions, data, Infrastructure management and systems. Job Family Description - I&DT Management/Generalist: Manages Information or Digital Technologies-based operations and services to meet requirements that support short and long-term business needs. Ensures the development and maintenance of business application systems and their successful integration and operation within our company’s business environment. Coordinates the use of internal technical support personnel to ensure troubleshooting, maintenance and efficient end-user support.

    We are currently seeking an IT Digital Innovation Specialist who will report to the IT Digital Transformation Lead as part of our dynamic team in Rome (Head Quarter).

    Your opportunity

    This is a fantastic chance to grow up and this is a challenging position in a stimulating environment. This is a challenging position in which you demonstrate your appetite for technical innovation. Through digital innovation task and project, you will support the Digital Transformation Lead to find new and exciting ways to let Brioni connect with its customers (B2C and B2B).

    How you will contribute

    • Analyze existing business processes and collaborate with suppliers for requirements gathering, ensuring a thorough understanding of business needs and translate them into actionable IT requirements
    • Evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed IT projects, considering integration with existing systems, prepare functional demos and mockups to effectively present proposed solutions to stakeholders
    • Plan project phases and go-live events in detail, including contingency plans
    • Propose solutions for incomplete requirements (e.g., simulations, process rework) to minimize delays.
    • Develop and manage user acceptance test (UAT) scripts, ensuring compliance with business requirements
    • Lead stakeholder communications and organize steering committees to align different business functions
    • Support the integration and validate data flows from legacy systems (e.g., ERP, PLM) to modern platforms (Ecommerce, CRM, Virtual Showroom, etc…)
    • Monitor data flows from legacy systems to back-end systems to identify and promptly resolve potential issues
    • Ensure seamless adoption of new tools/processes. Produce and enrich technical and functional documentation, training and change management phases
    • Conduct data analysis using Excel, pivot tables, PowerPoint to support strategic decisions
    • Translate technical complexities into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Sales).
    • Supporto on developing Power BI reporting and dashboard
    • Support the manager in the discovery of the new IT digital solutions and market trends
    • Support the IT team in simplifying the internal activities and processes

    Who you are

    • College/university graduate in Computer science other equivalent degree
    • Experience in implementation of digital project (Luxury/Fashion sector is a plus)
    • Experience with PIM, DAM and ERP solution
    • Experience with Microsoft Power BI development
    • Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall project approach
    • Knowledge of ETL protocols and, REST/SOAP APIs, CSV, FTP, JSON, etc… and best practice of system integration and cross-system data synchronization logic
    • Very good knowledge of Office 365 suite
    • Advanced analytical and number crunching skills: Advanced Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, etc…)
    • Very good knowledge about Windows and Apple computers and mobile devices
    • Highly organized and able to plan efficiently (task, meeting, activities)
    • Highly innovative mind-set and a solid background in technology, analysis and critical evaluation of information gathered from multiple sources.
    • Manage ambiguous situations (e.g., unclear business requirements) calmly and logically.
    • Proactive in anticipate issues through independent checks (e.g., unrequested data integrity tests) and propose solutions to managers
    • Curiosity for any kind of technology innovation in the fashion environment: WEB3, AR, Metaverse and digital experience
