    Your Opportunity

    We are currently looking for an organized, energetic and detail oriented Retail Operations Specialist  who will join our Dodo Retail dynamic team based in Milan.

    How you will contribute

    • Support the boutique operations, retail procedures,  systems and IT, administration, logistic and customer service

    • Ensure that the appearance of the boutiques is at the highest level of excellence

    • Contribute to the implementations and follow up of all retail operations projects (openings, relocations, closures)

    • Support the corporate Retail team in monitoring boutique performance, KPI's and reports

    Who you are

    • Bachelor Degree or higher, preferably in Economics

    • Positive energy, open minded, creative thinker, strategic and results-oriented mindset

    • Strong interpersonal skills; team-work oriented

    • Excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Office (strong focus on Excel)

    • Fluent in English and Italian
