Kering Beauté is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Intern. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in all aspects of HR, working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Project support: Assist with various HR projects, including policy development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Recruiting and onboarding: Assist with candidate sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Training and development: Support the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives.
HRIS administration: Help maintain and update HR information systems and databases.
Compensation and benefits: Assist with the administration of payroll, benefits, and other compensation-related tasks.
Employee relations: Provide support with employee inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive employee relations.
Administrative tasks: Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Passion for learning and contributing to a positive work environment.
