    Your Opportunity

    Oversee the strategic partnership development, activation, and management of our sports-related assets and sponsorships. This role will focus on leveraging key partnerships to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and business growth, ensuring that all initiatives align with our core values and brand vision.

    How you will contribute

    • Partnership Management: Manage key sports partnerships and ensure contractual obligations are met while maximizing brand exposure and ROI.
    • Partnership Activation:
      - Develop and execute strategic plans for sports sponsorship activations, including on-site experiences, events, and digital integration, to create meaningful connections with consumers.
      - Align sports marketing initiatives with overall brand strategy to ensure consistent messaging and engagement.
      - Lead the development of annual activation plans, customer programming, and localized campaigns that resonate with audiences and markets.
    • Partnership Development: Scout, negotiate and develop new potential partnerships with Brands, sports entities and athletes, in line with Brand direction and positioning.
    • Performance Analysis: Evaluate the success of partnership activations and campaigns through post-program analysis, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Budget Oversight: Manage the budget for partnerships and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize returns.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to align on goals, share insights, and drive activation success.

    Who you are

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in sports marketing, sponsorship management, or event activation.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sponsorship strategies that drive brand growth and consumer engagement.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience in managing external partners and vendors.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on the impact of sports marketing initiatives.
    • Passion for sports and outdoor activities.
