Your opportunity
We are currently seeking a Stagiaire - HR Business Partner who will join our HR team based in Padova Headquarters, supporting in the HR Management activities with focus on Corporate and Operations functions.
How you will contribute
- Supporting on Talent Acquistion activities: drafting job description, posting job and screening applicants CV, managing interview planning process, taking part to interviews and supporting HR BP and Hiring Manager in giving feedback to candidates.
- Being a contributor in the hiring and onboarding processes.
- Ensuring the updating of organizational charts and reporting for the different functions.
- Supporting in constantly updating HR System (Workday).
- Supporting HR Team in managing full spectrum of HR processes and activities for the assigned company’s functions, on time and in line with Kering Group guidelines (Talent Acquisition, People Evaluation, Employees Engagement, HR cost Budgeting, Salary Review, Talent review, People development, Training, Internal mobility etc.)
- Being a contributor for HR Business Partners and HR Administration colleagues managing and monitoring contractual deadlines, in order to prepare the relevant labor documentation.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or related disciplines and/or master’s degree in HR.
- Passion about People Management and Fashion.
- Problem solving and team working capabilities.
- Active listening and business partnership.
- Analytical and organizational skills.
- Attention to details and processing data.
- Excel and Power Point working proficiency.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
