We are currently seeking a Service Management Intern who will support the Service Management Office Manager as part of our dynamic team based in Milan.

    We are currently seeking a Service Management Intern who will support the Service Management Office Manager as part of our dynamic team based in Milan.

    How you will contribute:


    As part of the IT Service Management team, your main missions will be to:

     

    • Review the current processes understanding workflows and best practices
    • Assist in service improvement practices
    • Process guides and technical document preparation and update
    • Create reports on the activity and processes
    • Review KPI partnering with the role stakeholders

       

     Who you are:
     

    • A graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
    • Knowledgeable about ITIL Framework
    • A strong listener with an analytic mindset
    • An organized professional with an analytical approach
    • A cooperative and committed individual
    • Knowledgeable about MS Office Suite
    • Fluent both in Italian and English, French knowledge is a plus
