    We are currently seeking a CRM Intern who will report to the CRM Manager as part of our dynamic team in New York.

    Role Mission

    This opportunity will allow you to gain experience within a luxury brand that will support you for your next endeavor and future career.

    How you will contribute:

    • Support Client Engagement with CRM Data, Tools, and Insights
    • Support Client Engagement with Direct Marketing and Clienteling
    • Assist with reporting and insights
    • Assist with data quality management activities
    • Assist with email marketing validations and requests
    • Assist with clienteling campaigns, pulling client lists and asset requests
    • Assist with troubleshooting for Luce application
    • Ad-hoc seasonal projects + support on in-store activations as needed

    Who you are:

    • Detail-oriented and task-driven
    • Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Basic SQL skills or interest a plus
    • Positive and proactive attitude
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Superb analytical and communication skills
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
    • Able to work in our NYC corporate office
    • Able to receive academic credit
    • Available 24 hours a week
    • Students MUST be able to receive academic credit for this paid internship.

    Salary- New York

    • Salary of $16.00/hr
