Fondée en 1961, Yves Saint Laurent a été la première maison de couture à lancer le concept du prêt-à-porter de luxe en créant, en 1966, la ligne ‘Rive Gauche’, synonyme de jeunesse et de liberté. Ce changement a représenté un premier pas crucial dans la modernisation de la mode et a révolutionné le paysage socio-culturel. 

En 1999, la division luxe du Groupe Kering a acquis la maison Yves Saint Laurent et, sous la direction créative d’Anthony Vaccarello depuis avril 2016, continue à la positionner au sommet de l’univers du luxe.

KERING BEAUTE – Sales financial controller The Sales Financial controller will play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance. He/she will be responsible for sales analysis, the implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) tools, and providing strategic insights to support sales decisions. He/she will also play a crucial role in developing and monitoring pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.How you will contributeKey responsability :<ul><li>Sales analysis:</li></ul><ul><li>Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance.</li><li>Conduct in-depth analysis of sales trends, forecasts, and variances from targets.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to understand market challenges and identify growth opportunities.</li><li>Calculate royalties.</li></ul><ul><li>Pricing strategy:</li></ul><ul><li>Design and implement pricing models aligned with the company&#39;s strategic objectives.</li><li>Analyze the impact of pricing strategies on sales and profitability.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to set competitive prices that reflect product value.</li></ul><ul><li>Business intelligence implémentation</li></ul><ul><li>Develop and implement BI solutions to improve the collection, processing, and visualization of commercial data.</li></ul><ul><li>Train teams on BI tools and provide the necessary technical support for their effective use.</li><li>Work closely with the IT department to integrate BI systems into the existing infrastructure.</li></ul><ul><li>Performance management</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to management.</li><li>Evaluate the effectiveness of commercial and marketing campaigns</li></ul><ul><li>Budget &amp; Forecast</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate in the preparation of sales budgets and the revision of forecasts.</li><li>Analyze variances between forecasts and actual results and recommend corrective actions.</li></ul><ul><li>Strategic support</li></ul><ul><li>Provide ad-hoc analysis and strategic recommendations to support decision-making.</li><li>Conduct profitability analyses for new products or commercial initiatives.</li></ul><ul><li>Project management</li></ul><ul><li>Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving sales and reporting processes.</li></ul>Who are you ?<ul><li>Graduate from Finance, economics or equivalent schools</li><li>Proven experience in finance controlling sales, with a focus on pricing, preferably on the beauty industry</li><li>Expert in Business Intelligence tools and data analysis software</li><li>Able to interpret complex data and translate analyses into business strategies</li><li>In-depth understanding of marketing dynamics and product strategy</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams</li><li>Demonstrates initiative and effective time management</li><li>Bilingual in English, both oral and written.</li></ul>Why work with us?You would like to join a “start-up” business unit within an agile team, make a difference and participate in the creation of a new area of expertise in a challenging and ambitious market context, where your inputs will be highly valued?
