Fondata in Spagna da Cristobal Balenciaga nel 1917 e traferitasi successivamente a Parigi nel 1937, la Maison definisce da subito le linee della couture moderna grazie alle sue numerose innovazioni stilistiche. 
Dal 2015 Demna ricopre il ruolo di direttore artistico, con l’obiettivo di preservare la visione del suo fondatore, grazie a collezioni all’avanguardia, la cui innovazione consiste nella proposta di modelli maschili e femminili prêt-à-porter e nel design di accessori e oggetti da collezione. Balenciaga si distingue oggi anche grazie al suo approccio moderno al digitale, allo sviluppo dei materiali e al suo rinnovato impegno sociale.  
Nel 2021, in occasione della 50 couture collection – la prima dal ritiro del suo fondatore nel 1968 - Demna ripropone una versione innovativa ed elegante dei modelli standard della Maison. 
Stiamo cercando un/una Production Supervisor che sarà inserito/a all’interno del reparto di riferimento, presso lo stabilimento produttivo di Cerreto Guidi (FI).

Come Contribuirai

In particolare, ti occuperai di:
•	Favorire il continuo aggiornamento e condivisione delle best practices, conducendo gli audit dei BPSOP e i workshop Kaizen. Ottimizzerai il sistema Pull e supporterai in modo proattivo il ribilanciamento della linea;
•	Guidare le performance management reviews: valuterai le performance aggiornando le balanced score cards dedicate, verificherai la coerenza tra i risultati e le metriche operative raccolte ed eseguirai l’analisi delle cause principali ed i conseguenti piani d’azione con i Team Leaders;
•	Preparare proposte di contromisure per assicurare la produzione, la qualità e la sicurezza, pensando alla standardizzazione dei risultati, lavorando unitamente ai team trasversali sull’ analisi dei problemi e le azioni di implementazione;
•	Creare l'infrastruttura per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di produzione, pianificare la settimana lavorativa, pensando con anticipo nuovi line design e ribilanciamenti delle linee, anticipando l’evoluzione della matrice di versatilità.
•	Gestire il team, assicurandone piani di crescita e agevolando la polivalenza.

•	Esperienze pregresse nella gestione di linee di produzione;

Stiamo cercando un/una Lean e Maintenance Coordinator che sarà inserito/a all’interno del reparto di riferimento, presso lo stabilimento produttivo di Cerreto Guidi (FI).

La Tua Opportunità

Sarai parte di un team dinamico e contribuirai alla progettazione dei processi organizzativi e della produzione in ottica di miglioramento continuo.

Come Contribuirai

In particolare, rispettivamente per i team Lean Manufacturing e Manutenzione, ti occuperai di:

LEAN MANUFACTURING:

•	Misurare, analizzare e proporre attività per migliorare i tempi delle postazioni di lavoro di ogni reparto in modo di ottenere il migliore KE e TMR possibile. Cercherai opportunità di miglioramento costante tramite osservazione attiva, analisi dati, interviste, sondaggi sulla diffusione della cultura del miglioramento continuo, focus groups; 
•	Guidare progetti specifici di miglioramento: 5S, SMED, approccio T&M, bilanciamento delle linee, proposte di miglioramento;
•	Codificare e formare secondo gli standard (best practice training): lezioni one-point, comunicazione visiva, standard (SOP design workshop, scrittura formazione); 
•	Gestire il budget del reparto.

MANUTENZIONE:

•	Gestire la squadra di manutentori per assicurare la manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria, preventiva e predittiva del parco macchine e degli impianti di stabilimento, monitorando i KPIs del reparto mediante TPM;
•	Coordinare gli aggiornamenti di layout assicurando l’ottimizzazione delle attrezzature, delle macchine e degli spazi, lavorando in collaborazione con il GS & Facility Manager per le attività di manutenzione della struttura;
•	Gestione del parco macchinari del reparto e collaborazione con fornitori esterni per la manutenzione degli stessi;
•	Gestire il budget del reparto.

Chi Sei

La risorsa che stiamo cercando possiede:
•	Preferibile laurea in materie ingegneristiche e ottima conoscenza di metodologia e approccio Lean;
•	Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di coordinamento;
•	Ottima conoscenza dei sistemi informatici, in particolare Microsoft Office, Autocad e/o software simili; 
•	Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, la lingua francese sarà considerata un plus; 
•	Conoscenze di project management;

La risorsa si occuperà di gestire correttamente tutti i processi di industrializzazione relativi al prodotto calzatura Donna, Uomo e Sneakers nel rispetto dei tempi e degli standard qualitativi e quantitativi previsti per il brand Alexander McQueen.Come contribuirai<ul><li>Parteciperai alle riunioni di sdifettamento insieme all’Ufficio Tecnico, Sviluppo Prodotto, Designer e Merchandising</li><li>A seguito della Production Review, seguirai tutti i processi di industrializzazione del prodotto calzatura, con focus sulle strutture</li><li>A seguito delle assegnazioni ai calzaturifici esterni, ti interfaccerai con gli stessi al fine di supportarli nel processo di industrializzazione, monitorando gli ordini, le consegne dei componenti e la verifica delle conformità delle strutture realizzate</li><li>Interfaccia continua con l’Ufficio Tecnico e i fornitori esterni per passaggio di informazioni sui modelli. Cristóbal Balenciaga fonde sa Maison en 1917 dans son pays natal, l’Espagne. En 1937, il établit sa marque à Paris et y conçoit ses collections jusqu’en 1968. Cristóbal Balenciaga founded the House in 1917 in his home of Spain. In 1937, he established the brand in Paris, designing its collections there until 1968. Cristóbal Balenciaga had a reputation as a couturier of uncompromising standards and was referred to as "the master of us all" by Christian Dior and as “The Couturier of the Couturiers” by Gabrielle Chanel. The ultra-modern shapes were trademarks of the house.
While the brand’s identity is firmly rooted in its highly conceptual prêt-à-porter collections, its leather goods, footwear, and accessories experience worldwide success as well.
