Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel:
Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.
Job Family Description -Retail Operations:
Supports the sales process – puts displays in place, keeps stock level inventory, payment transactions, fitting or garment alterations.
Sub-Job Family Description - Retail Operations:
Coordinates operational activities of stores. Monitors the flow of products and ensures the store is kept well stocked. Supports store projects (changes in opening and closing times, renovations or relocation, etc.) Liaises with necessary departments to coordinate an action rollout plan within deadline and budget.
Main Responsibilities
CASH HANDLING
- Ensure all cash handlings and POS operations are timely and thoroughly applied
- Manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently
- Ensure client checkout areas are constantly efficiently organized and tidied
- Keep track of all cash and credit transactions and report any discrepancies or concerns to the Accounting team
- Ensure consistency between Balenciaga and Department Store’s cash reports and look for discrepancies (where applicable)
- Supervise the application of the discount policy
- Handle merchandise returns and exchanges
- Manage client data collection
CLIENT
- Ensure seamless execution of the client journey with specific focus on data collection (CRM) and transaction related moments (conclusion of the sale, farewell)
STOCK MANAGEMENT
- Handle all administrative procedures related to the merchandise flow
- Check in and handle transfers
- Support all omnichannel processes
- Support monthly turning inventories and the annual inventory
- Handle tools, packaging, and beverage orders
TEAM
- Support Store Management with monthly rota preparation
- Support Store Management with uniforms order and follow up
- Consistently provide the highest level of professionalism and expertise in all behaviors including communication and teamwork
- Work well in a team and actively support and assist colleagues
- Provide high quality relevant feedback and requested report to the management
Depending on store organization, can also support
AFTER SALES
- Execute omnichannel after sales policy providing the highest standards and follow up on the administrative side
- Provides constantly feedback to Store Director / Operations Manager
