- Work as HR business partner for China commercial team and support business strategy implementation across the organization.

- Define Retail HRBP Agenda and HRBP work priorities based on actual business needs.

- Partner with retail team to provide all round support recruitment for all level positions including new haring and replacement. Network within the community and industry to develop candidate pipeline.与零售团队合作,提供全方位的人才招募支持,在行业内建立人才储备
- Support organization development and people resource deployment optimization.

- Organizational Development and Design: Knowledge of reshaping organizational structure and roles. Understands the needs of the organization in terms of achieving maximum organizational performance and efficiencies. Assist the business in alignment of structure, process, rewards, metrics and talent to assist with the alignment of the business strategy. Guides and influences managers on key organizational and management concerns.

- Retail Talent Development: Partner with retail team to execute performance management process. Drive talent planning process including succession plans, development plans and potential career paths for key positions and high potential employees.

- Performance Management: Provides advice and counsel to Retail stakeholders and staff on all performance related issues, including identifying key talent, organizational planning, recognition and rewards, performance improvement, misconduct and terminations.

- Retail Compensation & Benefits: Work closely with C&B team to support and executes retail staff compensation and benefits programs (annual compensation review, commission, incentive, performance reviews and benefits programs).
