Your opportunity

He/She will be responsible for overall management of the store staff, retail training, retail excellences & operations, customer-services , business planning and travel retail. The Retail Director will also be responsible for achieving sales objectives, maintaining and achieving high operational and merchandizing standards and set target/goals, building highly motivated teams to maximize store performance.

How you will contribute

· Work with senior management to define and support the overall business strategy in order to maximize sales potential and business performance.

· Formulate action plans and lead various functions, such as Retail Store, Retail Excellences & Operations, Retail Training, Business Planning and Travel Retail to collaborate and achieve the best Company results.

· Responsible for decision-making and both day to day management and strategic direction of the Retail functions in Japan & Guam.

· Diagnose problems, identify appropriate action plans and manage implementation of appropriate solutions.

· Coordinate and work with the team to maintain a high efficiency of various functions.

· Lead, coach and develop the retail team with adequate talent in the pipelines

Who you are

· Minimum of 10 years' retail management experience preferrablly in luxury retail industry

· Be strategic thinking and result oriented

· Strong people management skills and leadership skills

· Strong communications, interpersonal and presentation skills to facilitate effective communications with working partners in various departments

· Fluent in Japanese and English

· Travel within the region
