    Role Mission:

    HR Finance controller は、フィナンス部に所属しながら、HRメンバー(特にHRリーダーシップチーム)とのグローバルな連携を通じて、HRとしての戦略目標を達成するための予算作成や実績管理を行います。

    人員数、採用進捗、人件費データなどを基に、HRリーダーシップチームやグローバルHRヘッドに対して有効な提言を行い、必要な施策の実施をHRチームの一員として推進する重要な役割を担っています。フィナンシャルの観点からHRの機能・活動をサポートします。

    The HR Finance Controller, while belonging to the Finance department, collaborates globally with HR members (especially the HR leadership team) to create budgets and manage performance, aiming to achieve HR's strategic goals.

    Based on data such as FTE/Headcount, recruitment progress, and personnel expenses, the HR Finance Controller provides valuable recommendations to the HR leadership team and the Global Head of HR. They play a crucial role in driving the implementation of necessary initiatives as a member of the HR team and support HR functions and activities from a financial perspective.

    Key Accountabilities:

    具体的な業務内容は以下の通りです:

    • 人員計画に基づいた人件費計画の予算策定、各種シミュレーションの作成
    • HR組織についての経費予算策定、予実績管理
    • HRチームとの連携(システム改善やデータクオリティの向上等)
    • 店舗およびオフィスの正規職員(FTE)と関連するコストの予算と予測の策定。
    • 人事および財務部門と協力して、新規採用および空席ポジションの承認フローを円滑化する。
    • 人件費の月次予測と予算対実績の差異分析の実施。
    • 人事組織の費用の予算立案と予算対実績の管理。
    • 担当する部署(人事、リテールなど)と定期的に連絡を取り、FTEの状況、生産性、チャネル活用についてフォローアップする。
    • リテールコントローラーとの緊密な連携を図り、店舗のFTE、人件費、商業目標を調整する。
    • ロケーション/HC/FTEのインセンティブ設定と達成率の分析を行い、財務目標との整合性を確保する。
    • 人事チームとの協力(システム改善とデータ品質向上など)。
    • Access、Workday、HR Cockpit、HFMなどのシステムツールの維持と最適化を行い、財務プロセスの効率化を図る。
    • 必要に応じて他の関連業務を処理する。

    • Development of budgets and forecasts for store and office Full-Time Equivalents (FTE) and associated costs.
    • Facilitation of approval flows for new hiring and vacant positions in collaboration with HR and Finance functions.
    • Monthly forecasting of personnel expenses and variance analysis of budget vs. actuals
    • Budgeting for HR organization expenses and managing budget vs. actuals
    • Regular follow-ups with assigned functions (HR, Retail, etc.) regarding FTE status, productivity, and channel leverage.
    • Close collaboration with Retail controller to align on Store FTE, personnel costs, and commercial targets.
    • Setting incentives and analyzing achievement rates per location/population to ensure alignment with financial goals.
    • Collaboration with the HR team (improving systems and enhancing data quality, etc.)
    • Maintenance and optimization of system tools including Access, Workday, HR Cockpit, and HFM to streamline financial processes.
    • Handling other related tasks as required


    Requirements - Key behavioral competencies - basics

    • 管理会計領域(経営管理、経営企画等)、財務会計における5年以上の実務経験
    • プロジェクトマネジメントの経験
    • ビジネスレベル日本語、また英語における高いコミュニケーションスキル
    • 人事システム(Workday等)、会計システム(SAP, Others)の使用経験、知識

    • Over 5 years of practical experience in management accounting (business management, corporate planning, etc.) and financial accounting
    • Experience in project management
    • (Experience in project management in the above areas or in the HR field would be advantageous)
    • Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English for presentation skills
    • (Frequent communication with HR members at overseas locations via email, chat, and conversation)
    • Experience and knowledge in HR systems (Workday, etc.) and accounting systems (SAP, Others)
