We are currently seeking Master Data Analyst who will report to the MDM Assistant Manager of Finance Shared Service- Malaysia as part of our dynamic team.
How you will contribute
Resolves service request through Internal Ticketing System.
Responsible for the Esker implementation for various brands in different countries, configuration that relevant to Master Data such as approval workflow setup, IO/WBS/CC maintenance, training to brands, testing, project go-live, documentation and reporting.
Escalate complex technical problems to professional Esker team or internal project team for resolution and optimal brands satisfaction.
Assist the Assistant Manager on end-to-end process for master data management for FSSC and work with other regionals FSSC counterparts to streamline Master data Management processes which relevant to Esker.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure Master Data compliance of internal control process and requirement.
Ensure the completeness, accuracy, relevance, and audit trail of Kering Group Master Data, supporting process efficiency, internal control effectiveness, compliance, and production of strategic insight.
Perform periodic audit of master data to ensure quality of master data and compliance with internal control
Any other ad-hoc assignments, from time to time.
Who you are
Technical skills and experiences:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in accounting or in any relevant field (Information Management, Business Administration, Computer Science)
2 years working experience
Knowledge of and experience with SAP AP/ Master Data and Microsoft Excel
Soft skills:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Self-driven and good analytical mindset
Agile and inquisitive
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and/or tight reporting deadlines
Good communication, relationship building and presentation skills
Strong problem solving skills
