    To cope with business growth, we are currently looking for high calibre with creative mind-set to join us.

    ROLE
    This person plays a key role in supporting the Regional Retail Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of retail stores and driving excellence in customer service and overall performance.

    HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

    • Assist the Regional Retail Manager in developing and implementing strategies to improve retail operations and customer experience in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan

    • Support store operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and procedures

    • Prepare report and analyze sales data and performance metrics under the guidance of the Regional Retail Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

    • Assist in training and coaching store staff to enhance their skills and performance and implement strategies to optimize the customer journey that drives customer satisfaction, loyalty, and sales

    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in tracking progress to make data-driven decisions

    • Supporting the implementation of best practices and standards to maintain a high level of retail excellence

    • Collect and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights to identify areas for improvement. Stay informed about market trends and competitors to provide valuable insights and support to the manager

    • Work with Training team to define training needs of the boutique team and ensure the impact of trainings

    WHO YOU ARE

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field is preferred.

    • At least 5 years' experience in sales management with a minimum 3 years at managerial level.

    • Preferable in international luxury jewelry brands

    • Proven track record in sales generation, managing the achievement of sales result and profitability targets.

    • Strong Leadership Skills to motivate a team, make strategic decisions, and drive results.

    • Strong Analytical Skills to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for optimizing retail operations and driving business performance.

    • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, vendors, and customers.

    • A customer-centric approach for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    • Problem-solving skills to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement strategies to improve operations and overcome challenges.

    • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines effectively.

    • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

    • Flexibility to travel to various store locations and attend events as required.
