    QEELIN Contract After Service Coordinator

    A 1-year contract role primarily responsible for addressing after-sales service inquiries from global markets.

    To cope with business growth, we are currently looking for high calibre with creative mind-set to join us.

    HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE 

    • Answer after-sales service enquiries from worldwide markets
    • Support and assist in monthly reporting on after-sales service cases worldwide
    • Liaison with vendors, worldwide local workshops for handling repairs/services, contracts, quotations, delivery, improvements, etc.
    • Administrative work or any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

    WHO YOU ARE

    • Diploma or above 
    • At least 2 - 3 years working experience in customer service; Prior experience in retail industry is preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) 
    • Customer oriented and willing to make decision
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proficiency in English & Chinese (written & spoken), Mandarin is a plus
