    VIC Acquistion Manager

    • Minimum of 8 years relevant working experience in luxury; • Good negotiation and communication skill, team spirit, and a can-do attitude; • Strong understanding of the luxury market in China; • Passionate on the job and the industry; • Hardworking, down to earth and highly self-motivated with result driven mindset; • Demonstrated accountability for achieving individual and shared goals; • Fluent in Chinese and English, both verbal and written; • Excellent organizational skills, presentation skills and computer skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);

    KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
    (U)HNWI network development
    - Review potential partnerships and explore new business opportunities
    - Identify groups of High Potential clients and develop actionable plans to cultivate the clients within the brand
    Define and implement (U)HNWI business development strategies
    - Design and execute initiatives to strengthen HNWI client relationship
    - Work closely with Retail Leaderships to translate strategies into regional, city, store action plans
    - Propose and supervise each store's HNWI KPIs, ensuring regular follow up through store visits
    Build and establish Bottega Veneta community
