We are currently seeking a Business Analyst and CRM Intern as part of our dynamic team in Dubai.How you will contribute:<ul><li>Supporting the General Manager in successfully implementing, enhancing and maintaining CRM and engagement program activities in the region</li><li>Carrying out the weekly reports analysis (nationalities, prospects, sales to local) to set up customer segments and work on activities to increase customer loyalty</li><li>Assisting in the coordination of events/initiatives and monitoring their performance: ROI (results on investment) calculation, conversion rate</li><li>Producing performance reports and Powerpoint presentations for ad hoc requests/needs as well as keeping updated customer’s database to elaborate detailed reports for all CRM projects</li><li>Participating in store visits with the General Manager to enforce the communication flow with Store Managers to coordinate with them all the CRM activities  </li></ul>Who you are:<ul><li>Freshly graduated in Economics Bachelor/Master’s degree</li><li>Passionate about Luxury &amp; Sales/Marketing fields</li><li>Fluency in English is a must. MissionThe Financial Controller will be responsible for all the aspects of Financial Management for the GCC, including reporting and compliance activity, reporting to the Middle East Finance Manager.Job Description<ul><li>The Controller oversees the day-to-day activities of the local finance team and ensures the finance function is organized and efficient and produces accurate financial and management accounts.</li><li>You will be part of the Middle East Team, being responsible for the controlling and reporting activities of Bottega Veneta entities (Retail).</li><li>Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, you will work closely with various teams across the Middle East, regional controlling team based in Milan in Shared Services Center based in Dubai.</li></ul>Key Accountabilities<ul><li>Ensure all financial data is well documented within the department and all records are accurate and up-to-date.</li><li>Ensure that appropriate reporting, accounting systems, and internal control procedures are in place to enable effective financial management of the business.</li><li>Finalize the monthly reporting pack with highest level of accuracy, present to the Regional Finance Manager and submit to HQ ensuring all checks are resolved.</li><li>Ensure timely submission of planning scenarios (Budget, Forecast, Forecast 2, Landing, etc.) proactively liaising with various departments to ensure timely collection of data and projections.</li><li>Full ownership of monthly income statement preparation (P&amp;L and Balance sheet). Provide monthly comments on the variations vs last year and vs the forecast.</li><li>Conduct variance analyses, identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Conduct periodic review of key balance sheet accounts to ensure there are no misstatements.</li><li>Collaborate with the shared services to ensure to ensure accounting records are maintained in line with statutory and taxation requirements.</li><li>Ensure accurate and consistent reporting of all capital expenditure within the business.</li><li>Monitor cash flows and anticipate liquidity requirements.</li><li>Provide financial analyses as needed, in particular for capital investments and contract negotiations.</li><li>Develop and document business processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls.</li><li>Identify and monitor potential business risk and deliver recommendations.</li><li>Liaise with internal/external auditors and banks.</li><li>Ensure that appropriate reporting and accounting systems, and internal control procedures are in place to enable effective financial management of the business.</li><li>Analyze monthly profit and loss and balance sheet, providing qualitative insight to management.</li><li>Ensure costs control and efficiency across the company.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Degree in Accounting and well-versed with IFRS</li><li>Previous experience in Retail Industry. We are currently seeking a Retail Trainer for our MIDDLE EAST region who will be based in Dubai and report to the Training Manager MIDDLE EAST.How you will contributeAs a Retail Trainer MIDDLE EAST, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Retail Teams for Dubai, Kuwait, Qatar and KSA. The Retail Trainer MIDDLE EAST will report to the Retail Training Manager MIDDLE EAST on the full spectrum of training initiatives and projects and will work with store management to ensure that teams are trained to deliver the Bottega Veneta client experience to the highest standard.DELIVERY<ul><li>Implement training inititatives ensuring consistent execution in MIDDLE EAST stores.</li><li>Support Retail Training Manager to deploy corporate training courses and modules covering product, retail skill and customer service training, as well as mystery shopping monitoring.</li><li>Conduct timely induction sessions for all new hires (retail and head office).</li><li>Review and manage all training materials to make sure it aligns with HQ standard and adapt, if necessary, to local markets.</li><li>Support the Retail Career Program for Brand Ambassadors and Styling Advisors, delivering trainings to ensure the individuals’ development and empowerment.</li><li>Deliver focused training sessions for the store based on local needs (with focus on Brand, Products, Selling, Customer Service &amp; CRM topics).</li><li>Manage training logistics (training material interpretation &amp; preparation, classroom settings, venue rental, IT equipment).</li></ul>FOLLOW UP<ul><li>Promote and follow-up on digital training platform, monitor the usage of training material.</li><li>Develop follow-up tools for the participants and on-the-job check, regularly gathering feedback.</li><li>Support and coach retail management in delivering constructive training feedback and actions. </li><li>Conduct regular store visits to understand training needs, address quick wins and share best practices. </li><li>Consolidate and update training databases (attendance, participant name, training dates, programs, records, evaluations etc.)</li><li>Conduct training related reports to key stakeholders.</li></ul>TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS<ul><li>Work with Retail Training Manager and local HR and Retail Managers to understand and identify the retail teams’ training needs.</li><li>Complete the annual training schedule monthly according to field visits and in-depth observation and discussions with the teams.</li><li>Proactively and regularly analyses the local markets’ training needs and work out the training plan and localization on the training programs and execution.</li></ul>Who you are<ul><li>3 to 5 years training experience preferably in the retail industry or consultancy company with exposure in facilitation and content development</li><li>Inspiring, adaptable, energetic, and passionate</li><li>Excellent communication and organization skills</li><li>Strong time and task management skills, able to work independently</li><li>Proactive team player, with a problem-solving attitude</li><li>Fluent in English.
