    Job Family Group Description - Supply Chain: Gathers pre- and post-production cycle jobs in fields such as resource planning, order management, logistics and distribution, warehousing and aftersales repair services. Job Family Description -Supply and Demand / Order Management: Coordinates with logistics and warehousing to release and invoice shipments. Oversees the forecasting and inventory planning process to optimise stock levels and to meet our company standards of excellence.

    How will you contribute?

    • Design and develop user interfaces for web-based applications, mobile apps.
    • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and interactions.
    • Implement responsive and accessible designs that work seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes.
    • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design and front-end development.
    • Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and sprint planning meetings to contribute ideas and insights for product enhancements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements for new product features and enhancements.
    • Design and develop scalable and maintainable solutions to address business needs and technical challenges.
    • Implement front-end and back-end functionality for web-based applications, ensuring compatibility across different platforms and devices.
    • Optimize product performance through code refactoring, performance tuning, and optimization best practices.
    • Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure quality and reliability.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for product-related issues.
    • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in product development, software engineering, and technology innovation.
    • Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of software development practices.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product solutions based on user needs and market demands.
    • Use configuration management tools to automate the provisioning, configuration, and management of cloud resources and virtualized environments.
    • Monitor and optimize system performance, resource utilization, and scalability using cloud native services (e.g., AWS CloudWatch/CloudFront)

    Required Skills:

    • Proficiency in both front-end and back-end languages is essential.
    • Skills in front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, and Vue.js are crucial. Knowledge of responsive design principles, CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS), and familiarity with design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch or Figma are also beneficial.
    • Experience with using Node.js and proficiency in working with databases (SQL or NoSQL) like MySQL, DynamoDB and PostgreSQL.
    • Proficiency in writing unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure the reliability and functionality of the application.
    • Experience with deploying applications to servers or cloud platforms (essentially AWS) and configuring continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
    • Confident with using services such as Lambda, CloudFront, Docker, Terraform.
    • Ability to analyze complex problems, break them down into smaller tasks, and propose effective solutions. Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills are essential in product development.
    • Effective communication, teamwork, time management, and adaptability are crucial for collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding user requirements, and delivering high-quality products.
