    The Role

    You will be working with multiple internal and external stakeholders, globally and regionally, playing a crucial role in supporting the planning, management and measurement of our traffic acquisition channels, whilst helping to drive the brand’s online strategy.

    Being part of the Media & Performance department, and broader Marketing & Communications department, you will have the opportunity to be exposed to elements ranging from creative production, press strategy to product forecasting and offline media planning.

    How will you contribute?

    • Support the strategy, management, measurement, optimization and reporting for all our acquisition driving channels, including PPC/SEM, Google Shopping, Social Ads, Affiliate & Email Marketing
    • Affiliate liaison: Help to identify, recruit, and onboard new partners, as well as coordinating our existing partners to ensure progress towards goals and identify ways to generate incremental revenue for the business.
    • Help to manage the SEO activities through continuous onsite optimization, ensuring that all activity is localized and aligned with the brand guidelines.
    • Collaborate with partners on any necessary tech & creative requirements, including tracking setup.
    • Working closely with our e-merchandising team to identify new product additions, top sellers and priorities, pre-orders, and stock availability for optimum performance marketing activity.
    • Support the Performance Marketing Manager on monthly & weekly performance marketing budget reports.
    • Develop a strong working relationship with CRM, Brand and Social Media teams to support our e-commerce business in the most optimal and 360 way.
    • Help to identify key trends and areas of optimization along the marketing funnel, focusing on improving our key KPIs (CTR, CVR, AOV, ROAS).
    • Work closely with the ecom team on aligning marketing efforts with online product strategy.
    • Working with the Product team to connect our marketing roadmap and providing requirements & tracking product features.
    • Working closely with the Group to help maximize the use of global tools to drive improved performance.

    Sales and reporting

    • Produce regular weekly/monthly reports on marketing and onsite KPIs
    • Produce ad-hoc channel reports to analyse the performance of digital marketing to identify opportunities and reduce inefficiency.
    • Contribute to full-funnel media reports in liaison with the brand media specialists.
    • Contribute to post-campaign analysis decks for all key launches and trading periods.

    Required Skills:

    • A highly analytical approach with an ability to critically evaluate new ideas and information
    • Experience delivering marketing campaigns
    • Strong communication skills
    • The ability to plan and manage multiple activities effectively
    • Previous experience with GA 4, Salesforce and Excel is highly desirable
    • Passion about e-commerce marketing and keen to learn and develop your career in this area
