    We are currently looking for a Consolidation Controller who will support Consolidation Team in the preparation and planning of Bottega Veneta consolidated financial reporting, inventory and margin analysis. You will have the opportunity to join the WW Controlling team, directly reporting to Head of Consolidation based in Milan. You will also support and cooperate with other functions, such as Supply Chain, Logistics, Merchandising, Inventory Control, Industrial Control, Regional finance teams, as well as Kering teams in Paris.

    How you will contribute?

    • Collection and consolidation of reporting packages on monthly basis, including top management reporting and additional disclosures to Kering team;
    • Collection and analysis of data related to product margin (i.e. across channels, product, regions) and cooperation with Industrial team;
    • Cooperation and support to Regional and HQ team on Inventory management and KPIs;     
    • Cooperation and support to Accounting for reporting requirements;
    • Cooperation and support to planning activities for Budget and Forecast exercises;
    • Cooperation and support to all relevant departments in HQ and Regional finance community;
    • Cooperation and support to Kering teams in Paris.

    Who you are?

    • Graduated in Business Administration, Management or similar.
    • 4/5 years experience in audit firms and/or controlling/reporting department of retail/manufacturing companies, fashion industry is a plus.
    • Optimal knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (Italian GAAP is a plus)
    • Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, PowerBI (or similar BI tools) and SAP FMS. Hyperion and JDA knowledge is a plus.
    • Optimal communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Agile methodology experience.
    • Reliable, resilient, able to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines.
    • Proactive, problem-solver, with analytical mindset.
    • Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken), French is a plus
