We are currently seeking an E-Commerce Project & Technology Specialist as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
How you will contribute:
- Support in coordinating end-to-end digital projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and timeline;
- Oversee the full scope of the transition from monolithic to headless architecture, liaising between all the different stakeholders to make sure delivery schedules are on track;
- Collaborate with the IT and development teams throughout the entire headless project lifecycle to ensure a smooth implementation;
- Monitor the performance of the website and assist in troubleshooting website functional issues;
- Take ownership of user testing and debugging new functionalities, ensuring that all developments deliver a high-quality user experience;
- Support in defining and prioritizing roadmap topics and front-end implementations based on business needs and ROI;
- Conduct regular benchmarks and identify new functional opportunities across the website to help implement strategic optimization solutions providing the best-in-class online user experience;
- Cooperate with the regional teams to gather their demands and keep them informed on all ongoing and future evolutions.
Who you are:
- At least 2 years of experience in an E-Commerce environment with solid knowledge of E-Commerce processes and functionalities;
- Good understanding of Headless E-Commerce architecture;
- Previous experience with a CMS tool or Search engine (specifically Contentful or Algolia) is considered a plus;
- Proven experience with Project Management tools such as Confluence and Jira. Previous experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is considered a plus;
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point;
- Passion for innovation and services aiming at improving the customer experience;
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams (internal and external);
- Ability to work in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment;
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken. French is considered a plus.
