    We are currently seeking an EMEA Architecture Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

    How you will contribute?

    • Support the manager in managing and organizing documentation for various projects.
    • Ensure documentation is correctly entered into the internal database.
    • Prepare materials for project kick-off presentations to the WW Store Planning team.
    • Coordinate with different stakeholders to gather necessary documentation.
    • Support layout modifications for projects using AutoCAD.
    • Track project work-in-progress to ensure timely updates.
    • Provide administrative support for project management (raising purchase orders and tracking supplier invoices).
    • Manage internal communications and prepare weekly and bi-weekly reporting documentation.

    Who you are?

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Architecture or Engineering and available for a 6 months curricular internship.
    • Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, result-driven and deadline-focused.
    • Strong computer skills (proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint).
    • Excellent skills in AutoCAD and Photoshop.
    • Team-oriented, proactive and skilled in problem-solving.
