    We are currently seeking an EMEA Wholesale Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

    How you will contribute?

    • Support back-office activities day by day in coordination with the Area Manager
    • Support wholesale customers on daily activities: delivery, swaps, reorders, returns and repairs in coordination with Area Manager and Customer Service directives.
    • Analysis and extraction of progress allocated/shipped in season.
    • ST data collection per event with respective documentation
    • Monthly support in managing analytical data (ST/SOH/MR/MTD/YTD) for SIS/FRANCHISEE customers.
    • E-commerce Italy: asset management and follow up with customers.
    • Weekly check of websites: compliance with company guidelines, correct alignment with competitors and brand image.
    • Support the Area Manager during travel in preparing material/following up with customers.
    • Support the Area Manager in the organization/management of training sessions for the Wholesale channel.

    Sales Campaign:

    • Support in managing/organizing appointments.
    • Support in preparing the necessary material during the CV (budget sheets, ST data, merchandising reports)
    • Customer management during the sales campaign in coordination with Area Manager
    • Entering orders/modifying orders and following up with customers
    • Check orders entered into the system and follow up with CS to send PO

    Who you are?

    • Currently enrolled at a university or master's degree
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point
    • Good Knowledge of English (written and spoken)
    • Previous experience as Back office intern or similar within the wholesale channel will be a plus
    • Passion for fashion
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and organizational mindset
    • Team worker
    • Ability to work in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment
    • Strong professional ethics, high level of energy, and attention to detail
