    We are currently seeking a Fixed-term Supervisor who will report to the Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in Ibiza.

    How you will contribute

    • Supporting the Store Manager and team to achieve sales targets in line with company strategy, applying sales techniques to maximize business and cultivate relationships with new and existing customers, and ensuring to deliver customer service excellence in line with company standards
    • Monitor and supervise the objectives assigned to the team in coordination with SM
    • Identify and thoroughly assess people's strengths and areas for improvement based on observations and measurable results. Provide effective feedback to achieve improvement in skills and performance of sales team resources
    • Ensure compliance with service standards and the Client Journey
    • Provide Store Manager and shop team with analysis of sales results and KPI's with proposed action plans
    • Ensure inventory accuracy is maintained in line with company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with goods receipt procedures, transfers
    • Ensuring stock management to guarantee the availability of products and services for the proper functioning of the store
    • Ensuring that all procedures are followed correctly when SM or ASM are not present
    • Supervise payment procedures, managing cash activities, administrative activities such as petty cash and daily or weekly deposits at the bank
    • Execute and monitor the After Sales, Before Sales and product returns process
    • Ensuring the proper functioning of the boutique in terms of structure, taking care of all the details that enable team members to carry out their work efficiently, managing non-product supplies (stationery, uniforms, packaging, drinks, etc.)
    • Collaborating with the Headquarters Facility Office to supervise all possible maintenance and cleaning operations
    • Coordinate with the Headquarters Operations Office to manage and supervise all operational procedures
    • Identify health and safety risks in order to take action or report to headquarters if necessary
    • Manage the most complicated IT issues in the shop and resolve them as required and oversee the use of the company's mobile devices in the shop, ensuring that all required devices and applications are working properly
