We are currently seeking a Global Digital Business Analyst Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
How you will contribute:
- Monitor and report ecommerce performance regularly across channels in terms of sales, orders and other related metrics
- Assist in gathering and analyzing e-commerce data using tools like GA4 to provide insights into customer behavior, product performance, and sales trends
- Support the preparation of presentation to keep the Top Management update on all relevant projects
- Prepare post-events analysis to spot missing opportunities
- Support sales forecast process for key markets and regions
- Build dashboards to support ecommerce team and stakeholders allowing them in taking more data-driven and informed decisions
Who you are:
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Business Management and/or any equivalent studies
- Previous internship experience in a business analyst role within the e-commerce or fashion industry is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Basic analytical skills in Excel, Power Point, Outlook with a willingness to learn and develop proficiency in data analysis tools
- Passion for the luxury fashion industry and e-commerce
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
