    BOTTEGA VENETA Global E-Commerce Operations Specialist (Maternity Replacement)

    We are currently seeking an Global E-Commerce Operations Specialist as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

    How you will contribute:

    • Support and optimize all the activities related to e-commerce operations
    • Coordinate the activities related to product operations: masterdata, pre orders and deliveries
    • Work with the OMS and Supply Chain teams in order to optimize all stock processes
    • Monitor stock status of items on bottegaveneta.com
    • Support flows for the day-to-day operation activities: backorders, faulty items, WH issues etc.
    • Collaborate cross-team interacting with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Retail, Back Office and Client Service
    • Be the point of contact for all warehouses globally
    • Coordinate activities related to packaging, special projects, personalization
    • Set-up new operations flows and activities when needed
    • Elaborate weekly, monthly and seasonal reports
    • Benchmark, scout and propose any relevant activity that could be beneficial to our E-commerce and Omnichannel environment

    Who you are:

    • Ideally 2 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably SFCC platform based.
    • Excellent project management skills, including multi-tasking, prioritization and organization in a deadline driven atmosphere (balancing emergencies vs scheduled project work).
    • Capacity to interact with different internal teams, identifying needs and solutions.
    • Capacity to manage PIM and to work with cross-functional teams including tech & software development teams.
    • OMS (Manhattan) and JDA knowledge is a strong plus
    • Passion and knowledge of the Luxury Fashion ecosystem, curious about industry trends and best in class models
    • Strong interpersonal, team-playing and communication skills
    • Fluent in English (Italians and French are a plus)
    • Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Jira, Confluence and ticketing system is a plus
