    We are currently seeking a Retail Office Coordinator Intern as part of our

    dynamic team in London.

    How you will contribute:

    • You will work closely with senior managerial staff to provide administrative support, this includes (but not limited to):
    • Managing diaries; organizing meetings and appointments.
    • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
    • Collecting and filing expenses.
    • Taking dictation and minutes.
    • Type, compile, prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
    • Participate in inter-department projects including Merchandise, Logistics, Finance, and HR etc. to improve the operation efficiency of the whole network.
    • Collaborate with Training Manager in the creation of training modules and activities.
    • Data analysis on business performance to support retail head driving business strategy.
    • Assist with the planning for internal and external office events (e.g., store pop-ups, client events)
    • Perform general office administration and organization, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
    • Prepare business project based on both the business needs and your personal areas of interest in the Fashion Industry.

    Who you are:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Organized and detailed oriented.
    • Analytical skills – capable to gather, interpret, and analyze data.
    • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Strong knowledge of Office 365 programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Enthusiasm and interest in the Fashion Industry.
