We are currently looking for a RTW Legal Internship within Ready To Wear Operations area who will join our dynamic team in Trissino (Vicenza).

How you will contribute:

• Seguire le attività di predisposizione, modifica e sottoscrizione di contratti per fornitori Ready To Wear di Bottega Veneta, interfacciandosi costantemente con il Legal Department di Bottega Veneta;

• Essere di supporto nella pianificazione e nella gestione dei meeting con fornitori;

• Assicurare il rispetto dei timing previsti per la sottoscrizione dei contratti, occupandosi degli eventuali solleciti ai fornitori;

• Raccogliere e gestire eventuali richieste di modifica del contratto avanzate dai fornitori, interfacciandosi con il Team legal e/o con il Direttore Operations RTW;

• Essere di supporto nella mappatura e nell’archiviazione dei contratti nel database dedicato.

Who you are:

• Laurea in Giurisprudenza;

• Buona conoscenza scritta e parlata della lingua inglese;

• Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel e Word;

• Ottime capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team;

• Precisione, flessibilità e ottime doti comunicative;

• Ottime capacità di organizzazione e di problem solving;

• Disponibilità ad eventuali trasferte presso fornitori o Milano (HQ Corporate Bottega Veneta).
