The Role
As Northern Europe Visual Merchandiser your role is to support the Visual Merchandising function in all the projects roll-out in the NE Region (UK, Ireland, Netherlands, DACH, Scandinavia).
As the NE Visual Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Visual Merchandising function across all projects within the NE region. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the brand's image and visual merchandising (VM) directives are consistently upheld.
You are expected to regularly visit all the stores in the Region on a monthly basis, with a prevision of time in store of approximately 70% of the working time.
Main Duties:
- Train and coach the In Store Visual Ambassadors in order to support their development.
- Collaborate with Area Managers / GMM / Merchandisers / Store Managers in order to find the best solution for each store and maximize sales through strong VM and window displays considering different market, clients needs and strategies.
- Visit all the DOS and Outlets stores in the assigned area on a regular basis to ensure standards are maintained to the highest levels and executed within agreed timelines.
- Interpret, adapt and implement visual directives to ensure consistency of execution across the stores.
- Responsible for conceptualizing and realizing windows and internal displays using creative talent to create environments that fit within the brand ethos and its values.
- Prepare reports upon completion of store visits and monthly/bimonthly reports in order to recap all the window/indoor changes and action plans taken in each store.
- Provide full support for new store openings.
- Coordinate and maintain updated the visual tools in each store.
- Support in HQ and Regional Activities when needed
Who you are:
- Previous experience of at least 5 years as VM for a fashion retailer or experience within artistic world
- Excellent communication and proved creative skills
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and solid knowledge of current trends
- Be able to concentrate and work to tight deadlines
- Be self- motivated, energetic and practical
- Good computer skills (Office, Photoshop…)
- Fluent Italian and English
- Availability to travel
