We are currently seeking a Bespoke Ambassador who will report to the Assistant Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in Bruton street

    Your opportunity

    You will be a key ambassador for our brand providing a distinctive and extraordinary luxury experience both in store and in our clients homes nurturing a genuine and long-term relationship. Within the store you will be a point of reference for the execution of sales and clientelling actions, with the objective of reinforcing existing clients’ loyalty to the Brand and recruiting new potential customers;

    How you will contribute

    • Create and develop longstanding relationships with clients, personal shoppers, stylists and concierges which translate into concrete business results and enhance Brand image.
    • Meet and exceed the financial targets set by the HQ and Store Management contributing to the overall business result
    • Gather information about the market: new trends, events, competitors’ activities and products and feed back to Store Management
    • Effectively interact and collaborate with colleagues within the store and the wider company
    • Respect Brioni standards and procedures, promptly sharing possible issues and risks with management
    • Identify potential business opportunities and implement specific action plans to maximize formalwear business results and KPIs
    • Work closely with the Regional Tailor managing store events, and at home services
    • Maintain a high level of housekeeping in the store area with particular focus on updating the fabric bunches regularly and keeping the bespoke display in good order.
    • Plan the bespoke business month by month, reporting expected appointments, acquisitions, closures and and fittings to store management

    Who you are

    • At least 5 years of experience in Retail, ideally in Men’s Formalwear
    • Knowledge of, and passion for sartorial culture
    • High standard of spoken and written English
    • Ability to execute a wide range of clientelling strategies to initiate, retain and develop the relationship
    • Good attention to detail and ability to plan, execute and follow up
    • Commercial mindset and pro-active attitude towards generating business
    • Clear communicator with the ability to engage and influence clients and key stakeholders alike
    • Knowledge of Luxury retail standards with regards to processes, service level and expectations
