    We are currently seeking a Store Manager who will report to the Retail Director EMEA as part of our dynamic team in Paris

    Your opportunity

    You will be responsible to align your area – stores management and sales force - with the company strategy, guaranteeing the quantitative (turnover, KPIs) and qualitative (people training and development, merchandise mix) target achievement. You will drive sales implementing with concrete actions and according to the Retail Excellence guidelines the company strategy; being the Brand Ambassador.

    How you will contribute

    • Plan and implement the Retail strategy in Paris in agreement with Retail Director: analyze the City priorities and consequently schedule the teams activities in order to maximize the potential of the existing network, and to identify new business opportunities both inside and outside the Stores

    • Guarantee the store teams compliance to the company guidelines and procedures

    • Spread store needs and Retail strategy to Retail Director and Corporate offices, especially Retail Excellence, HR, Finance, Marketing, Merchandising, to optimize stores performance

    • Develop relationships with key partners (Hotels, Art Galleries etc) to create new business opportunities and to attract new clients, being able to build a loyal clientele through engaging and retaining activities leveraging all clienteling tools (client book, daily metrics...)

    • Organize all stores operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel, to improve store's performance and productivity (stock management & inventory, reassortments, policies)

    • Translating the yearly target assigning and monitoring weekly and daily individual objectives

    • Develop and coach the store team towards achieving sales targets and KPIs, with specific activities (such as events) and dedicated training sessions

    • Constantly evaluate Store teams’ results and skills; work with HR on possible development actions

    • Planning and scheduling the team and staff resources, according to the coverage of the floor

    • Managing the stock in the most effective way constantly keeping focus on sales

    • Managing operational activities (couriers, alterations, store cleanings, postage) optimizing cost, resources and time

    Who you are

    • Bachelor Degree

    • At least 5-8 years in managerial position in luxury boutiques

    • Knowledge of high-end fashion field and current fashion trends

    • Fluent in English and French – another language will be a plus

    • Knowledge of Retail processes, local market, network and competitors
