Your opportunity:
As the Manager of Trade and Visual Merchandising, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual presentation and trade marketing strategy of DODO’s retail and wholesale channels. You will lead a team of 2 people to develop, execute, and maintain visual merchandising guidelines and to implement a strong expansion strategy of Dodo WW through brand visibility and focus on trade activities.
How you will contribute:
Visual Merchandising Strategy: Develop and implement innovative visual merchandising strategies that align with DODO’s brand identity and product strategy, ensuring consistency across all points of sale (POS), including windows, retail locations, and digital platforms.
Visual Merchandising Guidelines: Define and communicate visual merchandising guidelines for retail partners, franchisees, and internal teams to ensure consistency and high standards in all retail environments.
Windows Concepts & Displays: Lead the creation and execution of seasonal window concepts and in-store displays, ensuring they captivate and engage customers while highlighting key products and collections.
Trade Marketing Materials: Oversee the development of trade materials, including POS assets, posters, displays, and any other tools required to support trade activation campaigns. Ensure these materials align with the brand’s visual standards and effectively support sales goals.
Promotional Activations (GWP/PWP): Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute GWP (Gift with Purchase) and PWP (Purchase with Purchase) strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
Collaboration with Marketing & Sales Teams: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align trade and visual merchandising strategies with broader business objectives, ensuring seamless integration into marketing campaigns and sales targets.
Reporting & Analysis: Track the effectiveness of trade and visual merchandising initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization to drive performance across channels.
Who you are:
Proven experience (5+ years) in visual merchandising, trade marketing, or retail management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of visual merchandising concepts, retail operations, and trade activation strategies.
Excellent creative vision with the ability to translate brand identity into compelling visual concepts.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and design teams.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fluent in English and Italian, more languages would be a plus
