    Ensure the efficient and secure operation of the company’s IT systems by facilitating communication and collaboration within the IT service managers and across various departments, supporting the IT manager in the strategic and operational management of IT projects.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Developing the expertise in one or more business-technology areas (tools, technologies, IT services, business processes, etc.)
    • Assist the IT manager in planning, executing, and monitoring IT projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints.
    • Assist the IT manager in planning, executing, and monitoring IT projects
    • Supporting Business key users in the initiative of improvements
    • Identify gaps, risks or contradictions in requirements and clarify them with stakeholders
    • Supporting the review of Supplier proposals
    • Conducting analysis of complex business domains and related business processes or systems
    • Monitoring Service Levels agreed with Suppliers and with the Business addressing Service Level breaches or escalating where necessary

    Requirements

    • Technical knowledge and business acumen of the creation, product development & manufacturing processes/operations in luxury or fashion industry
    • A good knowledge of IT processes in Ready To wear manufacturing environment
    • 5+ years in Luxury/Fashion companies
    • Project management methodologies
    • Successful completion of a Bachelor of Computer Science, or an Engineering degree

    Soft skills:

    • Ability to manage multiple service in a multi-tasking environment
    • Reactivity and flexibility in managing real-time changes
    • Ability to prioritise workload and tasks
    • Strong attitude for working in team putting it ahead of personal successes
    • Strong interpersonal, communication and relational skills
    • Strong relationships building attitude

    Technical skills:

    • MES platforms and/or PLM Platform 
    • ERP Stealth400  or Stealth3000 knowledge is a plus
    • DB Platforms and fundamentals SQL skills, Oracle DB knowledge is a plus
