GUCCI Receptionist - Categoria Protetta (L.68/99)

• Welcoming incoming staff and any other guests/vendors visiting the location.
• Receiving, handling, and sorting incoming phone calls.
• Informing staff of general logistics (numbers in the address book, location of rooms and offices within the facility, times of local events/openings, etc.).
• Booking taxi cabs or other courtesy services is requested.

Requirements:

Functional:

• High School Diploma.
• Good standing, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in direct public contact duties.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written

Key challenges:

• Flexibility and availability during some weekends and holidays are a must.
• A company uniform will be given for this role.
• Part-time role (6 hours a day)
