GUCCI Senior Client Advisor

Key Accountabilities

• Provide exceptional customer service experience by greeting, listening, and assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of Gucci history and heritage
• Guarantee cross and up-selling for all product categories utilizing your senior experience and expert knowledge
• Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of customer information, according to the Company tools (CRM), to retain actual clients and detect new high potential ones
• Collaborate with managers to prepare and deliver training moments, upskilling the team
• Support managers to supervise team KPI ‘s and motivate the team to achieve incentives and store goals
• Foster open and constructive communication with team members, being always collaborative and proposing effective solutions
• Responsible for opening and closing the store or department
• Act as an ambassador for grooming guidelines, accordingly with Gucci standards and policies

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in a Supervisor or Senior role within Luxury Fashion
• Excellent commercial awareness and ability to build and maintain a client book
• Passion for fashion and knowledge of luxury fashion products and trends
• High flexibility, strong communication skills and ability to adapt to different customers
• Team-player mentality, ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment
• Fluent in English and Swedish
