GUCCI_MRTW Design Collection Development Manager

Your opportunity  
Based within the Design Office, you are responsible for oversee the MRTW collection product development processes

How you will contribute to 

• Act as a point of contact between the Design Office based in Milan and the RTW Dept. based in Novara 

• Work closely with Design Office on receiving inputs and sketches for the new collection 

• Bring a deep technical point of view throughout the creation of the product. 

• Anticipate potential issues in collection development 

• Strive for innovative solutions 

• Liaise daily with the Novara RTW Product Development and with Pattern Making Department 

• Attend fitting meetings 

Who you are 

• Extensive post qualification experience (at least 10 years) in a similar role 

• Deep technical knowledge of RTW collection development in luxury companies 

• A problem solver, able to prioritize workload and pay close attention to details 

• A collaborative individual able to build solid and effective relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders 

• An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills 

• A great team player, able to engage with teams and colleagues from different functions and at different levels in the company 

• Highly organized and with demonstrated thoroughness to ensure quality work 

• Willing to travel in Italy and abroad from time to time 

• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
