    KERING BEAUTE – Opération IT Project Manager (F/H) Kering Beauté, a Kering Group entity created in February 2023, is building a new area of expertise within Kering to ensure its Brands can fulfill their potential in the Beauty category which is a natural extension of their universe. Kering Beauté teams develop this new expertise for a portfolio of powerful Houses such as Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Pomellato and Qeelin.     KERING BEAUTE – Opération IT Project Manager (F/H)

    As our Operations IT Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving scalable, standardized, and reusable IT solutions for our Operations & Sales functions.

    Reporting directly to the IT Operations & Sales Lead, your mission will focus on managing strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. 

    How you will contribute:

    Your main responsibilities will include:

    1 - Project Planning and Management: 

    • Develop detailed project plans with clear scope, objectives, and timelines.
    • Lead workshops for gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable deliverables.
    • Coordinate stakeholders across Operations, Sales, and IT to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Manage external vendors and resources for seamless execution.
    • Ensure alignment with business needs while focusing on standardization and reusability. 

      

    2 - Roadmap Execution

    • Support the delivery of an ambitious Operations & Sales roadmap, ensuring technology adoption aligns with business goals.
    • Drive SAP S/4 rollouts and related projects, integrating best practices for efficiency and simplicity.
    • Oversee cross-functional initiatives while maintaining a focus on scalable and reusable solutions.

    3 - Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management

    • Serve as the IT point of contact for Operations & Sales project stakeholders.
    • Facilitate effective communication and manage expectations with senior leaders and business teams.
    • Provide regular updates, progress reports, and post-implementation insights to improve future initiatives.

    4 - Risk Management and Continuous Improvement

    • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing clear mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.
    • Conduct post-project reviews to gather lessons learned and improve processes.

    5 - Quality and Simplicity

    • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to the company’s credo of being standardized, simple, and reusable.
    • Promote IT best practices and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

    Who you are

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT projects, including roll out.
    • Experience with SAP S/4 ( E.g SD- MM modules)
    • Technical understanding of SAP integration architecture (e.g. API, event management). 
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to summarize technical topics effectively.
    • Ability to estimate & challenge IT costs
    • Experience in driving cross-functional alignment in fast-paced environments.
    • Sensitivity to Operations & Sales processes and the ability to integrate functional solutions across departments is a plus.
