Votre opportunité

Au sein de Kering Tech, l’équipe du Delivery Framework est responsable de définir et diffuser les méthodes et pratiques en vigueur, mettre en place les outils nécessaires, afin de permettre aux équipes de mieux gérer leurs projets et d’améliorer leur efficacité opérationnelle.

Aujourd’hui, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) stagiaire pour réviser, actualiser et enrichir les informations relatives à notre équipe, aux méthodes et bonnes pratiques, participer à la création de contenus et à leur diffusion afin que l'ensemble des équipes de Kering Tech puisse accéder de manière autonome aux informations qui les aideront au quotidien et leur feront comprendre dans quel écosystème ils évoluent afin d’être plus efficients.

Comment vous allez contribuer

Sous la responsabilité de la Head of Delivery Framework, vous allez analyser l’existant et identifier les besoins d’actualisation, réviser et mettre à jour les supports de communication, proposer des contenus clairs et impactant, proposer des solutions innovantes pour faciliter la diffusion et l'appropriation des informations par les équipes, collaborer avec les différents membres de l’équipe et d’autres services pour prendre leurs feedbacks sur les usages, participer à l'élaboration d'une stratégie de communication interne pour valoriser les initiatives de l'équipe.

Qui êtes-vous

Étudiant(e) en communication, change management ou gestion de projet, vous êtes à la recherche d'une expérience enrichissante

Vous avez une excellente maîtrise de la langue française, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit et si possible une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais (particulièrement à l’écrit)

Créatif(ve) et dynamique, vous savez prendre des initiatives et travailler de manière autonome

Organisé(e) et rigoureux(se), vous faites preuve d'une grande attention aux détails

Vous possédez de bonnes compétences relationnelles et vous savez adapter à différents interlocuteurs

Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et les nouvelles technologies

We are currently looking for a Communication and change management intern with a strong interest in change management to join our Delivery Framework Governance team.

Your opportunity

Within Kering Tech, the Delivery Framework team is responsible for defining and promoting current methods and practices, and putting in place the necessary tools to enable teams to better manage their projects and improve their operational efficiency.

We are currently looking for a trainee to revise, update and enhance information about our team, methods and best practices, and to help create and distribute content so that all Kering Tech teams have independent access to information that will help them in their day-to-day work and help them understand the ecosystem in which they operate so that they can be more efficient.

How you will contribute

Reporting to the Head of Delivery Framework, you will be analysing what already exists and identifying any needs for updating, revising and updating communication media, proposing clear and impactful content, proposing innovative solutions to facilitate the dissemination and appropriation of information by teams, collaborating with the various members of the team and other departments to obtain their feedback on usage, and participating in the development of an internal communication strategy to promote the team's initiatives.

Who you are

A student in communications, change management or project management and you are looking for a rewarding experience

You have an excellent command of the French language, both spoken and written, and if possible a good command of English (particularly written)

Creative and dynamic, you are able to take the initiative and work independently

Organised and rigorous, with a keen eye for detail

You have good interpersonal skills and are able to adapt to different contacts

You are comfortable using IT tools and new technologies
