We are currently seeking a Corporate Events Designer & Project Manager as part of our dynamic Retail & Corporate Design team in Milan.
How you will contribute
- Independent development of staging designs for corporate events and special projects through renderings and technical drawings.
- Proactive support in the development of material boards, prototypes, technical and construction drawings, monitoring of installations and executions.
- Ensure flawless execution of set-ups for events and special projects within assigned costs and timelines.
- Managing vendors and supervising on-site installations.
- Provide weekly reporting of projects to the manager.
- Flexibility to travel for set-ups.
Who you are
- Degree in Architecture/ Interior Design
- Fluent in Italian and English
- +3 years of experience in the interior/design sectors
- Technical experience, preferably gained within other companies in the eyewear or fashion industry.
- Computer skills: Autocad, Adobe Photoshop & In-design, Rhinoceros + Vray
- Creativity and aesthetic sensitiveness
- Speed, organization, multitasking, ability to manage your own workload ensuring delivery within the required timeframe.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
