    Your opportunity

    We are currently seeking an HR Specialist who will join our HR team based in Padova Headquarters, supporting in the HR Management activities, with focus on Corporate and Operations functions.

    How you will contribute

    • Support the HR team in managing the main functional HR processes, ensuring timely adherence to the established schedules as well as compliance with company and Kering Group policies (HR cost and budgeting and forecasting, salary review, talent review, people development, training, internal mobility, etc.)

    • Being an active contributor in bringing the right level of HR support, cooperate to the implementation of HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities,

    • Ensure the update of data related to the company’s workforce in the HR management system Workday,

    • Contribute to the preparation of documentation for hiring and the onboarding process,

    • Ensure the update of organizational charts and functional HR reporting,

    • Promote Kering Eyewear’s Ethics while shaping a positive and inclusive company culture inspired by Kering Group’s values.

    Who you are

    • The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in economics or related disciplines and/or master’s degree in HR
    • Passion about People Management and Fashion.
    • Problem solving and team working capabilities.
    • Active listening and business partnership.
    • Analytical and organizational skills.
    • Excel and Power Point working proficiency.
    • Fluent written and spoken English.
