How you will contribute
La risorsa selezionata avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
- Contribuire all’evoluzione degli applicativi ad uso interno con particolare focus all’integrazione tecnica con SAP;
- Conoscere i flussi e processi fisici ed informatici in SAP al fine di supportare gli utenti in modo rapido e positivo;
- Fornire assistenza su problemi del sistema ERP e connessi, per migliorare i processi;
- Installare, configurare, gestire e mantenere le impostazioni chiave degli utenti su sistemi ECC (SAP, Cyberplan, Modula, …);
- Supportare il team IcT nello sviluppo di nuovi progetti e procedure aziendali;
- Gestire in autonomia da un punto di vista progettuale/coordinamento i progetti cross area di miglioramento assegnati confrontandosi con il proprio responsabile;
- Comunicare con i fornitori esterni e tenere traccia delle loro attività aperte;
- Fornire supporto alle persone coinvolte nel processo, individuando azioni correttive e/o migliorative delle prassi e procedure;
- Avere attenzione ai costi nell’applicazione del budget in base alle indicazioni ricevute.
