We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will report to the UK Talent Acquisition Manager based in our London Head Office. This is a 12-month fixed term contract.

    Your Opportunity

    Your role is to support with recruitment and talent attraction for Kering UK & Ireland for retail and corporate positions across our brands. You will attract candidates by networking, headhunting and promoting referrals. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to provide a professional and cost-effective recruitment service to the business and be responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment from identifying needs through to negotiating offers of employment.

    How you will contribute

    • You will be responsible for 360 recruitment needs.
    • Support Kering and brands in implementing best practices for recruiting across both retail and corporate positions, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
    • Monitor and evaluate key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and cost-per-hire. Deliver regular updates to senior management on recruitment performance and highlight opportunities for improvement.
    • Manage the Workday Recruiter (ATS).
    • Conduct competency-based interviews and assessments.
    • Facilitate recruitment days.
    • Influence, negotiate and persuade managers to make decisions in the best interest of the Company.
    • Ensure fair and inclusive recruitment practices with each hire.
    • Stakeholder Management.
    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Store Managers and Corporate managers to define and project manage recruitment strategies tailored for each brand.
    • Regularly visit the stores and corporate sites to gain understanding of the team, culture and role.
    • Develop a good understanding of different brand DNA, their industry, their work culture and environment.
    • Map the luxury market creating talent pools for key roles.
    • Sponsor Kering Internal mobility and ensure the process is followed across the business.
    • Support and provide commercial results with Talent Acquisition KPI’s
    • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, ensuring all relevant details are accurately recorded and provide updates to HRBP’s on a weekly basis.
    • Provide progress reports to Talent Acquisition Manager and line managers.
    • Work closely with the wider HR team and HR community.
    • Define and adapt job descriptions for retail and corporate roles.
    • Keep up to date with relevant legislation, including but not limited to immigration, right to work checks and national minimum wage.
    • Have the ability to challenge managers/ HRBP’s in instances whereby the offer breaches UK legislation. Coach and guide managers in making the right decision.

    Who you are.

    • Experience in Talent Acquisitions in luxury retail is highly desirable. 
    • Knowledge of and experience in high volume retail recruitment and recruitment legislation in the UK.
    • Excellent network and relationships with other HR professionals, recruitment agencies, schools & universities on the topics of recruitment, talent pipelines and candidate pools.
    • Project management and prioritisation skills. Willingness to support all aspects of the Kering UK HR strategy and HR initiatives to get the job done, and a solution orientated attitude.
    • Great team spirit to foster positive culture across the wider HR team.
    • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with all levels of the business.
    • Strong ability to work independently and to be proactive identifying new recruitment tools and technologies.
    • Collaborative and flexible to work in groups, or independently with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Organised and detail-focused, with the ability to support multiple brands at once.
    • Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders.
    • Strong administration Skills with the ability to work on your own initiative but also ask the questions needed to ensure you offer the best-in-class service.
    • Experience using Workday is a plus.
