We are searching for our new Aftersales specialist who will report to the Customer Operation Manager based in our office in Aarhus.

    In cooperation with our global Aftersales teams, you will be handling returns, substitutions and repairs while supporting the organization in delivering the correct level of service to our customers as well as our internal teams.

     How you will contribute

    • Handling and monitoring returns, substitutions and repairs in the office in Aarhus following internal warranty policies and procedures
    • Assessing and evaluating defects in collaboration with Aftersales manager and In-house opticians
    • Handling aftersales related enquiries from Customer service and Sales support  
    • Ensuring proper registration and case management of related aftersales cases in CRM and ERP systems
    • Typing of specialized orders
    • Managing the aftersales Inbox
    • Sorting and packing returns and repairs for other locations

    Who you are

    • Preferable 1-3 years of experience with handling aftersales activities related to a product
    • Flair for details and work with a structured approach
    • Passionate about supporting and guiding colleagues with technical product knowledge
    • Experience with global communication and international cooperation
    • Familiar with working in ERP and CRM systems
    • Focused on problem solving and identifying solutions for specific aftersales cases
    • Confident in representing company policies and guidelines
